More info for Surround Sound

It has been a while since I informed you of your antics. Sit down and hold on tight.

Just a quick recap:

Calin, you love to say "not today" "okay" and "let's do something fun!!"

Charli, you love to sing "Let it Go" from Frozen... minus any other words that those three.

Today was your last day of school for two weeks. Grand. Great. Lovely. I need to pack our house, have a garage sale, feed you, care for you, kiss you and keep my sanity while we buy a new house. Holy hell. I am doomed.

(PS, As I type this a stranger cruised by, blaring some very horrible rap music, which I am not opposed to.. but he creeps by and has to be on drugs. You do drugs, I beat the stuffing out of you. Be forewarned.)

You guys have figured out cuss words, thanks to my sailer-like potty mouth, you know how to call people on my phone and the counting thing is a piece of cake. Now, if I tell you something, that is a bit harder for you to comprehend. I hope this is a "phase" because if not, mommy is going to Fiji and "forgetting" to return until you love me and listen again.

We "have" a puppy from the neighbors. I put puppy in quotes because, by the time you are old enough to read this, you will know we never got the puppy. Or so this mommy hopes. Somehow Dada Chisolm thinks I can raise three babies. Nope. Ain't going down that way. I am too scared to potty train y'all, let alone figure out how to do the same to a damn dog. Nope. I am putting my foot down. (Boy, won't I look like a fool if you read this in 18 years and that silly Dallas is still alive and part of the family. Ooops!)

What else? Oh ya. You ask about horse and cow poop a lot. Not sure why. Calin believes he got "bucked" off his mini horse, but Charli knows the whole story. Dude, your cowboy hat blew off, due to the wind, and it spooked the horse. She went to one side, you went the other way and hurt your face. No, that isn't where the crack in your butt came from. That was all God's doing. Take it up with him because I am sick of hearing you tell me your butt is broken.

Charli child.... I hope by the time you can read this you are OVER the love of pink pants. I hate pink. I hate it. You, however love it. The only way I got you to wear clothes to school today: I tricked you with the pink flowers on the brown pants. Please just start accepting what I put you in. Until you are of sound mind to decide on your own, let me make you a hot mess. Pretty please?

That's all I can think of. I will be better at sending these emails. Pretty soon we will have a new house, on land, a barn and you can run around like the naked heathens you want to be.

You make me smile, cry, scream and rejoice. I love you to the moon and back.
Mommy:)

My Responce

Never in my life have I lied that I am reader, a nerd, a news person. You wouldn't guess it from my personality, but I like to know what is going on. More often than not I am a gossip. because until I am 100 percent up on the events.... I won't speak on them. Examples: religion, major political items and abortion. I feel I have my views, but the don't align with most American's, so I shall shut my mouth. But, I just saw this blog post shared on FaceBook. And, mind you, I had this man's face plastered all upon my walls as a kid. His show was my life. Well, minus homework and cows, but still, you smell what I am stepping in.

Here is the blog. http://kirkcameron.com/5-toxic-marriage-habits/?utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=facebook.

Kirk Cameron.... I worshipped you like any now 30-something woman did. But I feel your views on marriage are jacked up. I think asking a spouse to mow the yard, even an additional reminder, isn't nagging. Nagging is a crappy word, with no concrete definition. As in, if you and I were married, would me saying "Hey those dishes need to go in the dishwasher. Make that happen." Is that nagging? I only feel nagging gets a true definition when the couple involved hasn't come to terms with what they see is their path. If a couple isn't alighned in their ways of life, be it religion, child rearing, home chores, then they need to have a talk. Don't coin that term as nagging. It makes everone, in my honest opinion, get a free pass to be a total crap head to their loved ones without taking them into the equation.

And my second thing is: Yes, you might have quoted scripture (Phil 2:14) but not all messages from married people are complaints. I feel if God put us here to do his work, he knew we would have some adjustments. Marriage and raising children is an adjustment from the first few phases in our lives. Kirk, would you judge me and say I was complaining when I said this to my hubby today. "I can't believe we can't find time to mow the yard. We have to get that done. You need to do that." Sounds like I am griping at him, but there are other factors. We sold our house, we have 2.5 year old twins and we are in a transition period. Make since?

I will find time to be selfish, Kirk. I will. I gave up a career when I had twins. I knew that was coming and it sucks. I will love, nurture and teach my kids, but I will also expect someone to help me. It makes me a better mom and a more sane one at that. I can't not ask for help. Some can. Every situation is different, but I am weak. I know that and I am okay with it. I need a selfish moment. I don't think you can put something on the Internet, with all you start studded, old school power and make a person feel bad for getting a few moments alone. Maybe I read your words wrong, but this momma wants time alone. This momma wants a day of no orders from midgets, no demands upon her time, no details for a class party. I love each of those things in my life, but you can kiss my ass if I can't have a selfish moments. Bite me.

The next part of his blog revolves around anger. Oh boy howdy. I am angry. I attempt to hide it, but I won't lie, it sometimes takes medicines. I am a bit pissed a God for needing my mommy when I thought I needed her more. Yes, I want her here, but she had a higher purpose. Kirk, am I not allowed to raise my voice when my duo is buck ass naked and ignoring me like they have no ear drums? Can I not get angry when I call my mom's phone and get nothing because it was shut off? Can I not have five minutes to be angry at my kids for sending my life so off course that I don't know myself any more? Not like I am not in love with them each second of the day, but damn man, I want to be pissy for a minute. Better out than in, as Shrek always said.

And the last point revolved around keeping score. Okay people. Meet your spouses, get to know them and give up keeping score. We are adults. Screw that. Why http://kirkcameron.com/5-toxic-marriage-habits/?utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=facebook enter into marriages that require a score card is beyond me. Marry someone that let's these rules fly out the window, gives you a moment to capture yourself and loves you because they knew you before. Screw some old school teenage "heart throb" because he has more information on life than us normal people. Whatever, Kirk Cameron. I hated your blog post because I felt insecure for a moment until I saw the pictures of my family. Good luck in your life. Hope too see your show in reruns soon.

Blown Away

Hey Surround Sound.

I have to put this in writing. You blew me away today. We aren't those people with a schedule. So we ventured out today. You made a million friends at Sam's Club. We ate at Red Lobster, because Calin saw the lobster on the sign. You were perfect. Honestly, perfect. Hat off of Calin, because cowboy's don't eat with their hats on. Mind you, you were the first to inform a stranger he should remove his ball cap. That went over like a pregnant pole vaulter. Just let me say.... I tipped well:)

Then, off we went to Home Depot. I gave you both the choice of flowers. What did you want to plant? What ones did you like? Oh my lands, tears sprang to my eyes. You both wanted impatiences. Your grandma Terri's favorites. You don't know that, but you will. We will forever plant them to remember that crazy lady, whom left this Earth much too soon. You won't remember her. You met her multiple times. You loved her. You played and smiled with her. She had cancer. It wasn't her time to leave, because she wanted to be here to watch you grow... in person.

She is watching you. Has been since you were born. Never mind her absence. Please know she adores you and you are the most perfect babies she could ever think of. Way better than me or uncle Colty.

I hope, as you grow, I remember to tell you stories about her. It hurts me, right now, to think that she isn't here to help me raise you. But, please, please know she adored you. You both have so many features that remind me of her. I mean- you picked her favorite flowers. Maybe that is a good omen that we might get our house sold and find you land to raise you like she raised me.

You are my angels from mommy. Everyone that meets you is in love. You have a strength and personality that sucks people in. You blow me away. You played pretend at Red Lobster today. You both brought smiles to many people as you acted like the lobsters were getting you. You fell on the floor and wanted to be saved, while laughing your crazy infectious laugh. I smiled so hard my cheeks hurt. Thank you for the great day.

Remember- Grandma Terri was brave, Independant and always there for anyone she loved. If I can teach you anything, I hope they are those qualities. I know she would be sad if you didn't channel her spirit once and again.

I  love you kids to pieces. Thanks for being you:)

Tantrums and 2-year-olds

Here is another e-mail I sent to Surround Sound. How do we mother's know if we are barking up the wrong tree or not when it comes to the Terrible Two's?

Wow. They always say a few things about kids. 1- you will pay for your raising and 2- the terrible two's are just that. Well, let's just say you are setting the bar pretty high on the terrible part, but I feel more guilt than anything. Yes, I was an insane child. However, I still contend I was perfect:) The guild I have is am I doing it right. Are you being disciplined or spoiled? Will you come out of this stage of fighting bedtime, punching me and having meltdowns about what you wear?

Mind you, you are the cutest, most lovable babies when you want to be. You cuddle, kiss and love with all your might. But, you also hit, scratch and pull each other around just the same. My first instinct is two slap you back, but not hard. Well, what in the hell will that help? What is that teaching you? Nothing, I am sure, but as a human it is hard to not react. What am I to do? I am glad you check your demonic hitting at the door once you enter your school. I have yet to hear of anything like that (insert me knocking on wood before I pick you up today!)

How can 2-year-olds determine what they want to freakin' wear? I mean, come on Charli. Just because your pants are khaki and not purple doesn't mean they are your brother's. Calin, you aren't a 75-year-old man and don't have to wear your pajamas all day long. Let's branch out here you two. Let's try listening to your mom, not making it a fight and just go with the flow. I know what I am doing. I dress myself, don't I? Please stop pushing my buttons, every one of them, before 9 a.m.!!

I am also begging you to please just enjoy the outdoors with me in the fenced in yard. It is safe there, we have toys. Granted, no rocks, which is your toy of choice right now, but we can play. We don't have to watch the same damn movie all day, every day. Let's see what trouble we can scrounge up with some water or sidewalk chalk, or even, heaven forbid, your toys.

I am writing you this so I can let you know I love you with the fierceness of a mother lion. No one will hurt you and no one will make me think you aren't brilliant amazing toddlers. However, your antics, attitudes and tantrums make it hard to remember that at 9 p.m. when you are pinching my face and kicking at me. I am writing you this so you know that every damn minute of the day you are on my mind and your rearing is my priority. I never figured I would be that guilt fueled mom, but I can't help it. I want to get a crystal ball and see if I am doing it right. Will me walking away before I blow up back fire? Should I have tried timeout? Should I start a punishment system? Do I delete all our movies and not cave to your demands? Am I raising you to be better people than your dad and I or am I raising spoiled brats of the future? Please, read this when you are older and let me know how I did. And, please don't hate your dad and I for making you share a car in high school:) Just a warning.

Love you to the moon and back no matter how many times I say no.

Email to Surround Sound

Here is one of my mindless ramblings I send to my kids, via their Gmail e-mail account:)

Let me start by saying I love you. I am sending this with love in my heart:) Trust me, I mean it. I love you.

Now for the happenings. Mack had not seen y'all for a week. She noticed Charli is talking more. However, it is hard to get a word in between Calin rambling on and on and on and on. He likes to hear his head rattle. But, I have to really watch my words these days. I have a set of repeaters on my hands. Like, I should not have said to Calin tonight "Boy, you will pinch your balls doing that." To which he said "I no pinch my balls, momma!"

Charli, you won't let your mom paint your nails or dry your hair at night. That is daddy's job. And he loves it. You had your nails done with a pretty blue today. Calin, you had to have one toenail painted, too. You fought hard and won the battle against your daddy:) Good job buddy.

We had two mommy/daughter, daddy/son days over spring break. I wanted to die during your week of no school. Chisolm (daddy) took Calin to work one day and to a sale. Charli and I hung out at home, cleaned, played, went to a cow show and loved life. No clue what you boys did. But, during the week of no school, you guys attempted to put me in a nursing home, early retirement, early grave. You two don't listen for crap right now. Honest to God. If I say jump, you would say nope and drop to your butts. Remember this in the future when I don't buy you a new car. Remember the crap you dealt me. Sorry, facts of life at play. I love you.

House is still for sale, mommy is still trying to make ends meet. Groceries this week might have over drawn my account, but it was healthy. Please know that you ate balanced meals at the age of two. I have no clue what you will eat when you read this, but please put down the sugar and grab a plum. You love plums.

Charli, your obsession with hoarding things hit an all time hight this week. Monday, our trip to "school" was dreadful. You mourned the absence of your shopping cart full of crap the whole 20 minute drive. Calin tried to tell you to stick a cork in it, but you persisted. You cried the whole way. I was going to let you take it, but soon realized I would have created a pattern of that and I wasn't taking part in your games.

Dude, Calin... I just Googled places to buy you clip on ties. You want to 2-5 cows all the damn time. You are ate up and it makes my heart happy. However, you are scared of ever animal. Honestly, you climb up my legs when Daisy, the current neighbors dog, comes near. I don't think she would even lick you. Charli hits her head on and rolls around with her. You? Nope. Game off. Let's work on this, because if you are going to take over the cattle world, you shouldn't pee in your diaper ever time ones moo's. I am just saying.

All in all, you are spot on. Talking, learning, being- you rock! We have friends that don't get to know that feeling right off the bat, and we pray for them. You prayed tonight. It included a plethora of things, from grandparents to milk and horse poop. I have no words to explain how amazing you are. I love you to the moon and back and you might drive me totally freaking insane, but I am thankful it is you and not some other kids:)

Kisses and wishes, mommy

Social Media Got You Down?

Is your life wrapped up in social media? Do you have annoying "life is perfect" Facebook friends, or over the top Pinterest mom's? Well, if they make you groan and want to poke your eyes out (as I always wish I could do) then look no further than a totally honest recap of a boring woman's week.

Let's see. Dropped my phone in a toilet. Fresh water, thank God, but still not time or money in my budget to replace my lifeline to adult talk. A few cups of rice and hours of TLC and it works when it wants to. What more can I ask for? I dumped it in a sewer. How rude of me.

I took a set of 2-year-old twins to three sales, one solo. That blows. They act like polarized magnets and go in opposite directions. High point was that they followed me back to the truck like the sugar coma having kids they were. Low point was I had to sprint to save my son from a full on, full body contact hug with a hot wire fence. I flew like the wind, screamed and scared the shit out of him, five adults and a group of young heifers. Alas, he didn't make full body contact and is still alive. Maybe will never move around an animal again, but I still have him in one healthy piece.

Poopy diapers only took up 3/4 of my daily life. Not bad. Used to change about 150 a week. Now they are just cool to keep playing in a wet diaper and my budget is a bit less. However, I coupon, not extremely, but I do and I saved $70 at Target. Well, I still wanted to scream at the total and never go out in public again.

I showered... on Monday. Tried to numerous times since and my duo has had other thoughts. I guess their sense of smell and style isn't fully developed yet. Momma will be clean and pretty tomorrow.

A nearby park drew me in and I worked out and walked. However, I felt lost, walked for five miles, got chased by a bird and got passed by a man in a wheelchair three times. Oh well, I walked and I loved it. Plan to do it again. No clue if I will.

We are currently living in limbo, as our house is on the market. I decided to go all out and say screw it today. I left the house in shambles. Without notice, someone checked it out. Well, oops. No, well piss on them for not calling first. I want to move, I do, but I can't be that perfect home person and raise a set of twins. No way, no how. Just want someone to see it and take it from us. I am sick of putting laundry away every damn day.

Oh ya. And I got to say good bye to my daddy because he is going back to Indiana. To hear him tell my kids he won't see them for months broke my heart, but made me excited for him. He needs Indiana and it needs him. However, I will miss him with all my heart.

Chuck face planted in the park and I have no clue what happened. Here is the story: I had bubbles and was up on the top of the slides. Calin was with me and I was blowing bubbles. I noticed all the other kids chasing them, thus I kept on making more. My phone rang, I followed Calin down the tub slide, being slowed up by the two containers of bubbles, two farmers, one horse, one bull and my Nikon camera. When I emerged from the slide, talking to Chisolm, I hear a hysterical child. Low and behold  it was my Baby A, my Charli. She was bleeding, crying and spitting out bark. No clue what happened, don't care. I was more pissed that all the parents stared at me and didn't even attempt to assist me with my other child while I tended to her. They let me hold her and drag Calin to the truck to clean Charli up. Where is the common good any more? Why were the bitchy young gals, who monopolized the baby swings, staring and glaring?  I try to make friends, talk and help wherever I go. Nope, not in that park. Meanies:( I was pissed at humans for a bit. (One family was wearing scrubs and ignored my bleeding daughter. Losers!!)

So, I didn't create any amazing St. Patty's day crafts, I didn't celebrate Pi day (3.14) with my kids, but I did get a "thank you momma" from Calin when I gave him his favorite toy at bed. I did get to see my daughter feed hay to cows. I did get to spend time with my dad and I do feel like I haven't jacked their whole world up. I feel like I am a better person today. However, I did "pin" some workout things, but time will tell.

Musings by KC

Blog from summer that never posted:)

These are a couple thing that have popped in to my head lately and I have no adults to share with. I have spoken to the kids about them, but they don't have much response besides "cows" "horses" "Babe" "eat" We are getting there!

First, I am damn funny.... in my head, about two minutes before I fall asleep. I come up with the greatest blogs, the funniest Tweets and all. But I never remember them the next day. I can barely remember to brush my teeth on most days of constant baby watch. Hey, I am the one that has to keep them alive. I am ADD and I struggle to keep my thoughts straight.

Second, I am opposed to men wearing noise canceling headphones while mowing in shorts that came from the 1972 Celtics. I type this as I watch our new neighbor prance around in this get up, pushing a lawn mower. His wife was doing it, but she chewed him up one side and down the other. I mean, what man doesn't let his wife take that job while he sets in the grass and pets his dogs? I am not cut out for suburbia. I love our house. I hate the location. I knew we could get some odd balls, but this dude takes the cake. He grills.... for his DOGS!

Third, I curse way too much, in front of God and everyone. Today, for instance, C-Dog lost a shoe in Kohl's. Once I noticed it, without owning a filter for my mouth, I ask him "Where in the hell is your shoe?" Not cool for a mom to do, pretty certain I am that person people chat about the rest of their shopping trip and HOW did he get his shoe off? I know I need to get a handle on it, but the sailor in me won't help me expand my vocabulary.

Fourth....... WHY OH WHY do I want my kids to talk?????? I thought it was a grand idea, but now I am being bossed around by midgets, second guessed by them, and they never agree with me. I get that part, because I am surrounded by people that constantly argue with me. Am I honestly the dumbest person alive or did I pick friends that argue for the sake of it. Just now, I found an article that supported a comment I made today. Of course I had to e-mail it to Chingy. I have to be right now and again people. The sky is blue, my twins aren't identical and I am not stupid.

Fifth thing is I take life for granted. I often get upset when I see mothers of one child complaining about how hard it is. Yes. Kids are hard. Life is hard. But, I would love to join my friends at a water park. Can't. Just can't if they have a kid. That isn't in the cards. I would love to know that grocery shopping will end well, but I have to push one cart, pull another and entertain a host of random questions from people. But, as I set around and wonder how easy one would be I know a whole host of truths. A) I never have to be knocked up again. No way, no how. Not happening. It was perfect and easy and boring. Not going there. B) My days of buying diapers are getting slimmer and slimmer. Potty training will happen and we will sail out of a store with no diapers in our cart. C) When one baby is mad at me, the other will offer a hug. If I only had one, it wouldn't be so loving. D) I am strong enough to handle this. Sure, I want to be carefree and go on trips. I yearn for my independence  and life I once had. But as I age and change, so does everyone else. It doesn't hurt. It just stings for a while.

People are weird. Obstacles are  daunting and things change. But, as I set here staring at the odd neighbors, watching raindrops fall, hoping the baby monitor stays silent a few minutes longer I know I have a handle on this. I know I can get out of my funk, find the positive and make someone else's life a bit better. Be it my kids or my friends.

Breathe deep

Today has required many deep breathes and for me to become thankful for little things. Today is a day I feel like a stuck at home mom. For instance, I am blogging to pass a few minutes in attempt to get my kids asleep. I want, need, yearn for a shower. A shower alone, without destruction and demolition by a set of twins. I need one for a multitude of reasons.

As I troll social media, I am reminded that we all do Thankfulness during November. I am going to bring some humor into it in February.

Today, I am thankful I bought the pet stain remover type of Resolve. Since my kids decided to be puppies and poop on the carpet, I feel vindicated for the extra expense. I am thankful for running warm water to clean previously stated poop off my son after he attempted to contact the rain God's in an Indian rain dance ceremony amongst said turds. I am thankful my daughter can say the word poop, as she alerted me to the situation when I thought they were asleep. Be afraid of the silence, they say. Should have been! And, I would suck if I didn't say I was glad to see the poop only on the carpet. As I sauntered to the door, I almost puked in my mouth at the prospect of poop art on the walls of a house that is up for sale. That would have been no bueno!

I am thankful for DVR so I can listen to some great shows over the chaos that is twins. I am thankful they don't fight over toys since a bar stool and a box seem to be their top items at the moment. I am thankful it is still cold-ish because I might actually get a heads up on a desired house tour and be able to clear the poop smell out of the kids room. And the cold means my Diet Coke in the fridge is cold and I can grab one fast, as I feel myself melting and wilting.

(Time to stop typing. Just heard a rather large bang from their room. Timeout) Now I should be thankful that they play well together when they are supposed to be napping. But finding one being a horse and one being a cowboy wasn't my idea of a quality nap.

Looking at the weather forecast, I am somewhat thankful for the future warm temps and the prospect of someone wanting to buy my house. Now, let me preface that by saying if and only if I can clean it to a more than sub-par standard that is the life of a mom, who works from home, with twins. My current mindset of "if it is put up, it is clean" won't work. So, again being thankful.... Surround Sound will go to "school" two more days this week and I can clean. Oh joy. Cleaning. Guess I should be glad I have two arms and legs to clean!

And to end this epic saga, I am thankful for this crazy ride that is life. I don't know what I would do with one kid, a husband that was around all the time and a house that I didn't love. What would I do with a car that wasn't reliable, great people in my life and the constant laughter that fills my home? How would I be living my life if it weren't for the changes of the past two years? I mean honestly, it hasn't been beautiful, but it has been my life, my family, my choices and my hurdles. So, you... if you made it to the end of this boring, attempting to be funny, blog.... stop and take a minute to write out a thankful list. It might be ugly and short, but it is something. Do it! I dare you!

So you want to have twins?

As I was fighting with the amazing Target pharmacy group today, I realized one thing. After they stated, to a large Sunday medical needing crowd, that my inusurance wouldn't cover my birth control and I popped off with " well I am sure they don't want to pay for another set of twins!" EVERYONE SAYS THEY WANTED TWINS. Okay. Right. Hindsight is 20/20 folks. Yes, maybe you wish you would have treated your ovaries bettter and not had a million kids back to back. Me, no I am not judging you, I am feeling for you. Because if I have a dollar for every time I have heard "oh I wish I had twins" I wouldn't be couponing to pay for Pampers.

People, it sounds interesting and fun at the start. You get this amazing ultrasound that states you have two humans growing in your body. Not one set of appendages, but two. That is eight appendages, 20 phalanges, and two hearts in your womb that you have to fret and stew over for a good 40 weeks, if you are as lucky as I was. Not your normal situation from the get go.

Then, while you are incubating twins people ask too many questions. No, I wasnt' on drugs or trying to have kids. In all reality I was the chick that never had a period, and never figured she could have her own kids. I even had a couple doctors tell me to never try to do it. Bam, welcome in Surround Sound.

Let me be honest, because that is what I do. When I found out I was knocked up with a double dose of kids I cried and beat my head in to my stearing wheel. I wasn't okay. I even went so far as to ask the nurse if one twin could eat the other and I would only have one. Total honest here people. I was shocked, appauled, freaked the F- out!!! Who isn't or wouldn't' be? The fact that you have a human growing within you is enough to send a person bat shit insane. Or so I thought.

So months went on and I proved to be the perfect incubator for children, the perfect donor dam or recip, in cow terms. I had Baby A and Baby B in my confines for 40 weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeks. 40 God foresaken weeks of boredom. (Now I know to be grateful that it was the most boring 40 weeks of my life. No puking, no bedrest, no slowing down:)

But, don't ever look at a mom of multiples and say you wish you had been in her shoes. She can't find anyone to lunch with because her friends know they become a day care provider for an hour. She can't go to a pool or park because one might run away or drown. She can't find a sitter for a holiday because twins are a bit too much to handle. She knows this, you don't. She wishes she could do a certain set of things, but her life is 50 dirty diapers a day and 25 bottles.... at the start. Then it transistions to a set of polar opposite kids, attempting to make their mom a grey headed Goddess before her time. They don't listen, because she picks her battles daily, they don't play nice with others because they have a sibling that loves to rough house and they don't wear pants sometimes- that is more again because their mom has picked her battles.

I am dealing with my genetic lottery winnings. Surround Sound rocks. I love them more with each moment. However, until you have been in my spot, don't say you want to be me. I wasn't the one that had kids so close together. You might think I got "lucky" and I feel I did, but please don't judge or voice you opinions until you know how I go them. Come to find out twins run in my family...... HEAVILY. If I had known that, my ass would have been in a convent when I left home because a double dose of adorable can almost make a person run away from the greatest thing ever. A double doese of wanting the same toy will make a woman want to rip her ears off. A surround sound attack of needing raisins will almost make a normal person sign up for a tour of duty. It makes me want to smack myself and run away. (However, I don't run! LOL)

So, my thought to you is: Don't say you want twins until you want to babysit a set. Mine are for rent at any time of day. I am a stuck-at-home-mom most of the time because it isn't the most simple thing to get out. Granted it is all I know, but it isn't anything short of an act of Congress to go to a park and go home with both kids. Did it once, only once, and got stared at by a family as I had Surround Sound in headlocks to drag them to the truck. Not pretty people, but don't call DHS yet:)

Thank you again for putting up with my nonesense. Just be nice to us ovarian overachivers!!!!
